Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return
Please email us at contact@citraswim.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item and place a new order for the desired product.
