- Free U.S. standard shipping on orders of $49 or more. Orders under $49 ship for a flat $5.95.
- Express shipping is $9.90 — available on every order at checkout.
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days — often the same day.
- We currently ship to the United States only (all 50 states).
- Every order includes free 30-day returns & exchanges.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. You'll get a confirmation email the moment your order ships, with your tracking number inside.

Transit estimates come from the carrier and aren't guaranteed, but the large majority of orders arrive within these windows.
Where We Ship
We ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We don't ship internationally yet — if you're outside the U.S., join Club Citra and you'll be the first to know when that changes.
Tracking Your Order
Every shipment includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in a few days or anything looks off, email us and we'll chase it down.
Returns & Exchanges
