Didn't love it? No problem. Every Citra order comes with free returns and free exchanges for 30 days from the day your order is delivered. We send you a prepaid return label at no cost, and there are no restocking fees — ever.

The Fine Print (kept short 💕)
- 30 days from delivery to start your return or exchange.
- Items must be new and unworn with tags and the hygienic liner attached. For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear!
- Items marked final sale can't be returned.
- Refund to your original payment method or store credit — your choice.
Wrong Size? Exchange It — Free 🍋
Between sizes or picked the wrong one? Exchanges are always free — and because every Citra piece is sold as a separate, you can swap just the top or just the bottom. No need to return the whole set.
Refund Timing 💸
Once your return arrives and is approved, we process your refund within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it to your account.
